Here is a cool picture of one fast hotshoe back in the days of the Penn National Speedway! This pilot has won many feature events and track championships at all 3 of the Tri-track dirt ovals! Here he resides in a B.O.S.S Budd Olsen Speed Supplies chassis! Can you name him?

Man, not sure what year this pic was taken, car looks newer than a 1985 but i could be wrong, but im goin with fred rahmer!!!
scratch that first comment, that cant be right..lol... rahmer was in a sprint car at this time!!!
That was Rahmer Kevin! It know it was late in his modified career! Might have even been a special show for father-in-law Frank Rio.
