This picture was taken at Big Diamond. Not sure of the photographer. Thanks to Bruce Thomas for the pic. I am guessing the year was 1979-1980. All I know is that I went out and bought Converse All-Stars just like this driver after seeing him in victory lane! I even ran my first years in a kart wearing my All-Stars back when that was ok just to wear sneakers to race!
