COWPATTYNATION.COM POSTS $500 FOR HALFWAY LEADER

BECHTELSVILLE, PA August 24, 2010 . . . Stewart Friesen, one of the hottest young talents in dirt track stock car racing, will be driving a Chad Sinon owned BPG Racing entry as he tries to win his first BPG Racing Freedom 76 Classic at Grandview Speedway on Saturday, September 18th. The 40th annual edition of the event will pay at least $20,000 to the winner and qualifying events leading up to the 76 lap finale will get the green flag at 7 p.m.
The Niagara-by-the Lake, Ontario driver is the current point leader in the Race of Champions DART Dirt Modified Tour circuit. He won the last two ROC events with one coming at Grandview Speedway on July 14th.
Friesen has eight feature wins and is the point leader at Five Mile Point (NY) Speedway. He is also the point leader at Utica-Rome (NY) Speedway with four feature victories.
