Fred Rahmer who was recently crowned Speedweek champion was in a nasty accident last evening while running with the All-Stars at Autodrome Granby. Rahmer who had near a half track lead took the white flag and tangled with a lapped car and flipped his sprint car. Fred as far as I know is still hospitalized in a Quebec, ONT. He suffered chest injuries and they are having a specialist check out problems he is having with one of his eyes. Thoughts and prayers are with Fred and his family at this time and we are hoping for a quick recovery!
