BECHTELSVILLE, PA July 6, 2012 . . . Judging from the tremendous interest being shown in the $50,000 to win BPG Racing Freedom 76 Modified stock car race at Grandview Speedway now would be a time to purchase tickets.
Track owner Bruce Rogers has announced that advance tickets for the September 15th Classic, a major part of the 50th anniversary season celebration at the Berks County clay oval, are on sale at the track each Saturday night when NASCAR stock car racing is presented.
Tickets are priced at $40 for adults and $10 for young people 6 through 11. Under 6 will be admitted free.
Advance ticket holders will be admitted to the event 30 minutes before the main spectator gates are open.
Fans unable to make it to the track to purchase tickets may send a check payable to Grandview Speedway covering the number of tickets they would like to purchase. Include a self addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to cover the return of the tickets.
Checks with the ticket order should be mailed to Grandview Speedway, 87 Wilt Road, Bechtelsville, PA 19505.
The BPG Racing Freedom 76, expected to attract the top names in dirt track modified stock car racing, carries a rain date of September 22.

Fans and racers are reminded that there is another big dollar event planned at Grandview Speedway when the annual Forrest Rogers Memorial presented by Pioneer Pole Buildings is run on Saturday, August 11th. This is a NASCAR sanctioned point racing event for the 358 Modifieds with $20,000 going to the winner provided the winner is a regular participant at Grandview. A visiting driver will earn $10,000 for winning the 50-lapper.
Included in the August 11th show will be the Late Models and Sportsman.
Lap sponsorships are being offered for both the Forrest Rogers Memorial and the BPG Racing Freedom 76 for at least $10 a lap. Laps 10, 20, 30 and ten lap markers are available for $25.
