BECHTELSVILLE, PA March 5, 2015 . . . Inclement weather has created
hazardous conditions at Grandview Speedway that force track management to
postpone the “Season Pass Day” that had been planned for Saturday, March
7th. “Season Pass Day” will now take place on Saturday, March
21st at 1 p.m.
This day gives fans who have purchased a season pass for 2015 to come out
to the speedway and pick out a reserved seat that will be for their use for
every Saturday racing event April through the season ending with the Freedom 76
in September.
Fans who have not purchased their season pass can do so on March
21st. The pass is priced at $350.
The 2015 season at NASCAR sanctioned Grandview Speedway gets underway at
12 noon on March 28th when a free-to-the-public practice session is
presented giving racers the opportunity to test and tune their racing equipment
for the new season.
Enduro racing, the first of many such events, will be presented on
Sunday, March 29th at 1 p.m.
Then on Saturday, April 4th, the official NASCAR point season
will get the green flag for a tripleheader card of NASCAR 358 Modifieds, BRC
Late Models and Sportsman stock cars. Racing will start at 7 pm. Adult admission
is $15 with youngsters 11 and under admitted FREE.
Grandview Speedway, a NASCAR sanctioned one-third-mile, banked clay oval,
